1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

• The contest is open to individuals who are licensed medical practitioners and who are

  able to legally perform treatments using Viola Threads in their state of residence.

• Participants must reside in The United States of America.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Viola Threads are not eligible

  to enter.

2. Contest Period:

• The contest begins on November 7, 2023 at 12:00 AM PDT and ends on November 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST.

 

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the contest, participants must submit a before-and-after photo showcasing

  results achieved using Viola Threads products.

• Photos must be submitted by email to info@violathreads.com with the subject line “Viola Threads All In Threads Competition” and must attach the completed Information & Consent Form, containing all of the following information:

  • Practitioner Name

  • Clinic Name and Address

  • Thread Type(s) Used

  • Treatment Area

  • Other Treatments Performed (if any, where and what)

  • Duration Between Before and After Photos

  • Consent Form

• The Information & Consent Form can be downloaded from the Viola Threads website and is located on the Competition’s webpage. View it here: www.violathreads.com/competition.

• A maximum of 5 entries per practitioner is allowed. Multiple practitioners from the same clinic may submit up to 5 entries each, only if they are of different patients.

4. Content Guidelines:

• All entries must be original and created by the participant.

• No Photoshop or modifications to the images are permitted.

• All entries must include photos that were taken within the previous 1 year.

• Photos should clearly demonstrate the transformation achieved with Viola Threads

  products.

• Photos should not contain explicit or offensive content, and must adhere to community guidelines.

• A Consent Form must be submitted with all content for entry to qualify.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Viola Threads.

• Entries will be judged based on creativity, visual impact, and overall transformation

  demonstrated in the photos.

• The decision of the judges is final.

​

6. Prizes:

• A total of three winners will be chosen by the panel of judges appointed by Viola

  Threads, with the following awards:

  • First Place Prize: 1 Box of Viola Threads PDO Cobra Coglyft 19G 100mm

    (Valued at $2,000).

  • Second Place Prize: 1 Box of Viola Threads PDO Molding Coglyft 18G 100mm

    (Valued at $1,400).

  • Third Place Prize: 1 Box of Viola Threads PDO Doublelyft Flat Mesh 20G 130mm

    (Valued at $600).

• Please note that these prizes have no cash value and are not eligible for return, refund,

  exchange, or store credit. However, in the rare event of a defective product, it will be promptly replaced. Additionally, the prizes include complimentary shipping to the winners at no extra cost.

7. Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via email or direct message within 7 days of the contest end

  date.

• Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize.

• If a winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.

8. Rights and Usage of Entries:

• By entering the contest, participants grant Bella Tech Global, Inc. (DBA Viola Threads)

the right to use, publish, and share their submitted photos for purposes including, but not limited to, training, promotional, advertising, commercial, and marketing.

• Practitioner/Clinic Name will be provided in all instances that submitted photos are used for promotional and marketing purposes.

• Participants retain ownership of their photos and can continue to use them as they see fit.

 

9. Privacy Policy:

• The information provided by participants will be treated with the utmost confidentiality

and will not be shared with any third parties. We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and ensuring that it remains securely within our organization, adhering to

strict privacy practices that protect your information from any external disclosures or unauthorized access.

 

10. General Conditions:

• Viola Threads reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time.

• Viola Threads is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to

  website problems, that may affect entry submissions.

11. Governing Law:

• This contest and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in

  accordance with the laws of the State of California in the United States. Any legal action or proceeding relating to this contest shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located within the State of California, and all participants consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

• Any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorney's fees. Participants hereby waive any rights or claims to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including legal expenses.
